At last,
it found a silent forest.

Guu descended into the forest
and opened wide
the exhaust vent on its back—
which it had held closed for so long.

At once,
it shrank rapidly—
from the size of a blue whale
to that of a tuna.

Soon after,
Guu fell
into a deep sleep.
